Elm and String

I get a lot of elm where I live. More than I can turn usually so a fair amount ages and spalts. I really like it but it has a short shelf life once it starts spalting.
Thanks Emiliano. It was the only natural looking string I had on hand and just starting to try and add more details to my work. I've looked online and think some 1/8 leather cord would be better.
