Had a 25 year old Italian Cypress cut down today with the figure looking really nice. I kept the lowest 5' with the rounds being about 10" dia. x 12" long. I've only seen a couple bowls online, but curious if anyone here has turned it and their their experience during turning, finish and overall thoughts.

I sealed them and will be a couple years before moisture content is to my liking.
